Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how transgirlslive.com ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects any information about you when you use our website. We are committed to complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Data Controller
transgirlslive.com is the data controller for information processed through this website. If you have any questions about this policy or wish to exercise your rights, please contact us at: [email protected]
2. What Data We Collect
transgirlslive.com is a statically hosted website with no backend database, no user accounts, and no login functionality. We do not intentionally collect or store personal data. Specifically:
- No registration or accounts — we have no sign-up forms or user profiles.
- No forms storing personal data — the DMCA form submits via your local email client (mailto:) and we do not store submissions in any database.
- No cookies set by us — we use only browser sessionStorage for the age-gate consent flag (
TRANSGIRLSLIVE_age_verified). This data never leaves your device and is cleared when you close the browser tab. - Search queries — search terms you type are sent directly to the CamSoda API from your browser. We do not log or store search queries.
3. Third-Party Services
CamSoda / VS Media Inc.
This site embeds live streams and fetches model listings from CamSoda, operated by VS Media Inc. When you view an embedded stream or click an affiliate link, your browser communicates directly with CamSoda's servers. CamSoda's own Privacy Policy applies to any data they collect.
Google Fonts
We load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. This causes your browser to connect to Google's servers. Google may collect your IP address and other technical data. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy. We load fonts asynchronously to minimise this exposure.
Hosting / CDN
Our web server may collect standard server access logs (IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, timestamp). These logs are used solely for security and operational purposes and are not shared with third parties. Logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Where any personal data is processed (such as IP addresses in server logs), the legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining the security and availability of the service (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We do not set any cookies. We use sessionStorage in your browser to store your age-gate confirmation. This is a browser-level setting that never leaves your device. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
6. Your Rights Under UK GDPR
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data
- Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to restrict processing — request that we limit how we use your data
- Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
Given our minimal data processing, most rights can be satisfied immediately by confirming we hold no personal data about you. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint
7. Children's Privacy
This site is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect any data from minors. If you believe a minor has accessed this site, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
8. Data Transfers Outside the UK
CamSoda's servers are operated by VS Media Inc., a US company. When your browser fetches live stream data or embeds, your data is transferred to the United States. We rely on CamSoda's own compliance mechanisms for such transfers.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
